Blog Directories = Free Web Traffic?

My link building expert friend, Paul Easton, advised me that one way to get free web traffic is by using link directories. The higher the page rank or PR of those link directories, the better because Google indexes them more often and faster.

So here are some high PR blog directories that you can submit your blog to:

PR 9

PR 8

PR 7

PR 6

I believe there are many more high PR blog directories to submit your blog to. Please let me know in comments so that I can add them to this list and we all can benefit.
