Yes, I can retrieve the password and have it reset but it takes times even hours before I receive the new password.

Using the same username and password for the sake of simplicity is not wise idea either. In fact it’s not safe and very risky! So I begin to research for free password manager.

Here are some of the available free password manager:

1. Robo Form.

3. KeyWallet.
   KeyWallet is a free password manager application that’s browser independent.

Among these choices, my preference is Robo Form for it offers free upgrade (great for security update) and there’s fast support!

It’s just too bad that aMember Pro doesn’t support integration with GetResponse.biz that I’ve been using. It works with Aweber, Autoresponder Pro, HiveMail, and some others though.

Forum Integration

I also like this feature. I plan to use it sometimes. Having forum can make my members more loyal and reduce my support desk’s load because they can interact some others and support themselves

vBulletin, phpBB and SMF are among the supported forums.

WordPress and Joomla Integration

I haven’t tested this feature so I can’t really tell how it works.

Image Gallery Integration

aMember Pro supports Coppermine, 4Images, and PhotoPost so that you can show off your photos! It’s just too bad Gallery is not supported.

Affiliate Management

aMember Pro has built-in 1-tier affiliate program with recurring commissions support. I can upload banners and other promotional items for my affiliate.

Unfortunately it uses flat commission rate for all of affiliates so I can’t set special commission rate for JV partners and super affiliates.

Overall aMember Pro is a powerful and full-featured membership and subscription software. It’s great if I’m not picky with its limited affiliate management and I use GetResponse with it.

Customers can review products using Alpha Reviews and the readers can rate the reviews from 1 to 5 stars, as well as choosing if the review is useful or not, and reporting abusive review. (This reminds me of Amazon.com customers reviews).
  4. Alpha Store. It consists of DTAlpha Buys, DTAlpha Informants Blog Posts, and Alpha Stores. They’re currently not fully functional yet so I can’t buy anything.

This information gives me light for my confusion. DTAlpha is so much promising with all of its features that I have yet to explore them. So please excuse my immature first impression. There are much more to DTAlpha than it looks on the surface.

I also found a check list from this FAQ. So yes, I plan to explore it to the fullest according to the check list this weekend and I will write a full review.

Currently there are two games, Internet Millionaire Game Show and My Marketing IQ Show. There will a new game released every week.

Internet Millionaire Game Show is about 2.5 MB to download and can be played by 1 - 2 players.

My Marketing IQ Show is about 4 MB to download and can be played by 1 - 4 players.

It’s quite fun to play these games. Hey, I learn from these games that every successful dot com companies start from zero… Facebook started from a dorm room, Google started from garage, and Craiglist started from a 2-bed-room apartment. First glance about DTAlpha:

I can’t help but thinking that DTAlpha is actually only a tool bar with scrolling marketing messages. It sits on the top or bottom of my screen depending on my choice. I found that it’s less distracting if put it on top.

There are options to add RSS feeds, favorite Internet URL for quick access, and changing its theme.

Here are a few suggestions to improve DTAlpha:

1. I’d sure love it if it can auto hide because it distracts me from working, otherwise I just close it as well.
2. I prefer if the messages fade in and out instead of scrolling. It’s easier to read that way.
3. My firewall (Defense+ by Comodo Firewall) kept blocking DTAlpha every time I changed its settings or when it connected to Internet to get the latest news/update. It’s a good idea for the developers to get in touch with firewall software makers to clear this.
4. My Internet connection is not stable (I assume it’s like this in general in Indonesia) so it’s better if DTAlpha can have longer time-out to prevent disconnection from Internet.
5. I also love a user manual because I’m still confused what DTAlpha is all about. Is it just a funky version of RSS reader?
6. I also want to control the messages that appear. For example, I’m only interested in blog, SEO, and content management. I don’t want to read other topics such as PPC, copy writing, etc. This will make it more targeted based on the user preference.

There’s nothing wrong with my IP address… I can login to all of my other Wordpress blogs, including this one.

Since they’re all hosted on either BestHostGator.com or BlueWebHost.biz, I’m convinced that the problem is not caused by the web hosting.

Worse, the troubleshooting page, this one, suggested me to get FireFox (through their AdSense link). I’ve been using FireFox all of the time!

It also suggested me to get antivirus and firewall, which I’ve been using all of the time and always been updated.

And if it doesn’t fix the problem, it asked me to contact the administrator, which is me. How do I fix this problem or error that I don’t know what the cause is? I’ve never even installed this security software in my Blog i360….

I swear I’ll migrate my content from this Blog i360 to ordinary Wordpress after this problem is resolved and I won’t use Blog i360 anymore! I only used Blog i360 because it was suggested during UYMG Singapore 2007…

Can anyone please help me fixing this problem? I really need to login to my blog desperately…
