How To Visualize - Use Vision Boards and Relaxation Audios
Friday, May 11th, 2007 • Category
If you remember The Secret, we are taught to visualize. Because things materialize after we visualize.
I find it difficult to visualize without knowing what to visualize. The key here, we must have a clear vision of what we want, what wish, and what we dream of. We must focus on our goals.
Luckily I found two ways to help me visualize easily:
- I created vision board, which I see daily. Usually after I wake up and before sleeping. I plan to print them more, and put them in my office as well. They’re also on my laptop’s wallpaper!

Hearing relaxation audios. Visualization is much much easier when I feel relax. Here’s my favorite relaxation audio so far: OptiMINDzation Attraction Accelerator. It comes with 365-day money back guarantee but believe me, you’ll keep and use it for rest of your life.

Oops, sorry,
My saliva is dripping on the floor.
Just a moment. I’ll clean it up

A picture board is a good idea. You can also have someone guide you to visualise - it makes it a whole lot easier when you are starting out. My site has loads of free audios that do exactly that!
