I have a very high expectation of Singapore Airline, being the best airline company… But now it upset me. Its ground service is really horrible.

The check-in officer in Jakarta told me that I could pick up my son’s checked-in umbrella stroller along with my other checked-in luggage in Singapore. But when we arrived in Singapore, we waited for long time and the stroller never came up. We asked one of the staff there and she said that the stroller was supposed to be picked up at the gate, just after we went out of the flight.

Wow, what a conflicting information between the Singapore Airline’s ground officer in Jakarta and Singapore!

To make a long story short, the stroller was lost , so I reported it to the lost and found. The lost and found promised that the stroller would be delivered yesterday but it was not delivered yet until now. Continue reading

I finally downloaded and installed DTAlpha Mobile Emulator, Alpha Mobile Beta, on my laptop with my iPAQ connected to my laptop. Out of my expectation, it didn’t install the software in my iPAQ. Instead it showed skin of various PDAs on my laptop.

Hmmm… So I wonder if this Alpha Mobile Beta served as a virtual program to show what DTAlpha looks like or feel in an actual PDA? I thought I actually could access DTAlpha with my PDA directly by using Alpha Mobile Beta. Continue reading

The more I explore DTAlpha Beta the more I like it, especially the Quick Access on the Alpha Bar. There’s also DTAlpha Mobile Emulator that I have yet to try.

I have to limit my imagination about DTAlpha since it’s so powerful. As you may have known from my past posts about DTAlpha, DTAlpha has many major components, such as:
